Donations taxation :
Your donation is deductible at 66% of the donation amount from the revenue tax, within 20% of the taxable revenue. If your donations exceed this limit, you may carry forward the deduction of the surplus on the 5 following years.
Companies benefit from a 60% deduction of the donation amount from the corporate tax, within 5% of the company revenue. If companies’ donations exceed this limit, the deduction of the surplus can be carried out on the 5 following years.
